I am Sharon Marie Kelly.

I fell in love with the ancient gift of Yoga in 2006 whilst travelling around Asia. I continued to practice for many years upon my return to the UK , seeking out and exploring differing lineages, traditions and teachings and eventually undertaking yoga teacher training with Yoga Campus in Manchester.

I have since completed further studies in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation TT with Michael Stone and Ayurveda & Yoga for Menopause. I have also done the Vipassana system of 10 day silent meditations at Dharma Dippa, Hereford.

I have long had a keen interest in Aromatherapy and working with Sacred Oils which I love to weave into my offerings tailoring my blends to complement the intrinsic message or intention that I wish to convey.

My Current Offerings:

Weekly classes at my home studio, My Yoga Seed on Oldham Edge (Mondays & Thursdays).
Specialist workshops or retreat days including Restorative & Yin Yoga, Tools of Yoga for Menopause, Aromatherapy Workshops, Fundamentals of Yoga etc
Collaborations with others including Gong & Sound Healing, Reiki/Angelic Healing and Breathwork.
Working 1 2 1 from my home yoga studio in Oldham.
Wellbeing in the Workplace & Corporate Yoga Classes and Collaborations with Wellbeing Conferences.
